Also, looked at comparables and had an idea of the price range and how to market/position the house. This was done before our 1st meeting meaning they were ready to go before they even had an engagement letter in-hand. After engagement, the online marketing was very well done and there were many open houses and showings. They understood the market timing and sense of urgency and moved quickly. During the sales process, there were some house items that we needed to take care of and they have a great network of local companies to recommend to handle the task. All of their recommendations were solid companies to work with. The process of working with Reinhart helped me realize that small and personal may be nice, but the breadth of expertise and the network that Reinhart has made all the sequential tasks of selling the house go smoothly. This was a complicated property/sale and Lisa & her team worked very hard. The commission was well earned. Reinhart is large, personal, capable, and great.
